This return policy applies to products you buy from the MakanHubb online shop. However, our products are food, so we limit returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
When the return policy does not apply
- Change of mind
- Not liking the taste or texture
- Ordering the wrong item
- Giving us an incorrect address
When we replace or refund
- You received the wrong product
- Badly damaged packaging, for example a torn, leaking or tampered pouch
- A factory defect that makes the product unsafe to eat
- An item did not arrive
How to make a claim
WhatsApp us at 012-540 0263 within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Then include the following so we can process your claim quickly:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A photo of the courier label
- A short description of the problem
However, claims made after 48 hours may not qualify.
Refund methods
When we approve a refund, we pay it within 7 to 14 working days. We pay it as credit, a voucher or a bank transfer. Also, all original payments go through our OrderLa online shop.
Return policy for the retort service
For our retort service, some pouches can fail (bubbling, bursting or breaking up) even when everyone follows the SOP. However, there is no refund for failed pouches because we have already processed the food. So, read the full terms on the retort service page.
Discounts and promotions
Promotions follow their stated period, stock and conditions. Also, website promotions may differ from Shopee and other platforms. In addition, you cannot combine them unless stated.

Not for a change of mind or a wrong order. Because our products are food, we only replace or refund products that are wrong, damaged, unsafe to eat or missing.
