Product information
We try to show product information accurately. However, small differences can happen because of recipe or packaging improvements. So, check the label on the pack for the latest information.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Also, prices and promotions may change without notice. A third party payment gateway processes payments through our OrderLa online shop. As a result, we do not store your card details.
Orders under these terms and conditions
We accept an order once payment succeeds. However, we may cancel an order because of stock shortage, pricing errors or delivery area limits. In that case, we will refund your payment.
Retort service terms and conditions
You book a retort service slot with an RM70 deposit. Then you pay the balance at our shop after we weigh the food. In addition, please bring your food frozen and labelled. After retort, wait 7 to 14 days before eating or selling. Also, there is no refund for failed pouches because we have already processed the food.
Customer information
You are responsible for making sure the name, phone number and address given when ordering are correct. For this reason, we are not responsible for late or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.
