MakanHubb delivery covers all of Malaysia. Before shipping, our HQ in Wangsa Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, processes every order from our online shop. Then a courier sends it to your address.
Delivery coverage
We deliver to all of Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. However, some products may only ship to certain areas. In that case, you will see this at checkout.

These are estimates only. However, festive seasons, public holidays and weather can cause delays. So we suggest ordering early before festive seasons.
Shipping fees
When you check out, our OrderLa online shop calculates fees automatically, based on your address and parcel weight. As a result, you will see the actual fee before you pay.
Self pickup or Lalamove
You can collect your order yourself or book your own Lalamove. Our pickup point is MakanHubb HQ, No 26 Jalan Wangsa Budi 1, Taman Wangsa Melawati. Also, let us know the driver’s arrival time so your order is ready when they arrive.
Packaging
We pack orders with bubble wrap in sturdy boxes. Retort pouches also travel well, so they need no ice or fridge. However, outer damage can still happen if the courier handles a parcel roughly.
Bulk orders and events
For bulk orders, group trips or events, WhatsApp us at 012-540 0263 so we can confirm stock and the best delivery option.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Then include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a photo of the courier label. In addition, see our return policy.
